COMMUNITY GARDEN
Looking for Gardeners for 2024!
Thank you for your participation in the garden last year. The food pantry was very appreciative for the produce they received from us. I am estimating 50-60 lbs. of green beans, at least that many lbs. of jalapenos and sweet peppers, and some squash and tomatoes. We welcome any input or suggestions that you all may have. We also welcome any new gardeners that wish to join us. Hope to see everyone out gardening.

The community garden ministry is one way for our Church to reach out to our community and to grow some food to share. It is also a chance for fellowship among groups and individuals from the church. There is no better way to get to know someone than to work side by side to accomplish a common goal. It will be located south of the activities building and west of the Scout building. Preparation of the site is underway and it is projected to be finished by the fall planting season. Plots are being rented for $50 with a $25 deposit which will be returned at the end of the rental period if the plot is returned to it's original condition. Contact the Church office to reserve your plot.
