Students these days deal with more than ever before, and our ministry hopes to give them the tools to make it through that crazy time of adolescence. We all need Christian friends along the path. We all want a place to belong, a community. At Athens First, we have a community of faith where we find encouragement in the tough days and share the joy in the great ones.

Serve
Whenever we do something for others, we are extending the love of Jesus Christ. Assisting elderly members of our church with a chore list that they can no longer perform themselves, gathering food or coats for the local families in Athens in need or learning to paint and hammer in preparation for the summer UM Army building experience, the students of Athens First enjoy serving others in the name of Jesus Christ. |
